SB 2134: Citizens Property Insurance Corporation
GENERAL BILL by Budget
Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Repeals provisions relating to the procurement of goods and services by the corporation. Provides standards for procurements by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Requires the corporation's legal department and purchasing department to jointly prepare a contract for the procurement of goods or services. Includes a board member or an employee of the corporation within the definition of the term "public servant" as it relates to the crime of bribery and the misuse of public office, etc.
