Sebring Airport Authority, Highlands County; Revises powers of the authority. Provides that the authority may acquire, lease as lessee or lessor, construct, reconstruct, improve, extend, enlarge, equip, repair, maintain, and operate commercial and industrial facilities. Provides that the authority may establish, operate, and maintain foreign-trade zone status under the alternative site framework in DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, and Okeechobee Counties and the Cities of Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay, etc.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
