GENERAL BILL by Sobel

Educational Plant Surveys; Authorizes an extension to a school district educational plant survey submission deadline. Provides restrictions. Provides requirements for the submission of a request for an extension to the Department of Education and requiring department approval. Provides restrictions on school district construction during the extension period. Requires the State Board of Education to adopt rules.
