GENERAL BILL by Business and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee ; Hooper ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandes ; Frishe ; Garcia, L. ; Nehr ; Passidomo
Beverage Law; Provides that performing arts center, which has interest, directly or indirectly, in alcoholic beverage license is not required to obtain from Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco of DBPR approval of its volunteer officers or directors or any change of such positions or interests.
Effective Date: 7/1/2011
