Employment of Children/Entertainment Industry; Provides requirements for the employment of children in the entertainment industry. Provides responsibilities of employers and parents or legal guardians of such children. Requires a preauthorization certificate for each child. Provides duties of the Division of Regulation within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Provides certification requirements and duties of teachers and trainers of child performers, etc.
