SB 310: Public Meetings
GENERAL BILL by Negron ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Evers
Public Meetings; Provides a right for members of the public to be heard at meetings of certain governmental boards and commissions. Prescribes conditions qualifying, and exceptions to, the right. Provides for the adoption of rules governing the conduct of, and behavior at, the meetings.
