GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery
Controlled Substances; Requires a person who knows, or has reasonable cause to suspect, that a health care practitioner who prescribes or dispenses controlled substances is stealing or abusing controlled substances that have been prescribed or dispensed for another to report such knowledge or suspicion to a law enforcement agency, etc.
