SB 352: Civil Citations/Minors
GENERAL BILL by Joyner
Civil Citations/Minors; Requires the expungement of the nonjudicial arrest record of a minor who successfully completes a civil citation program. Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to expunge the nonjudicial record. Sets forth the conditions that apply in order for the department to expunge the record. Authorizes the department to charge a processing fee.
