Automated External Defibrillators; Requires certain entities to notify local EMS medical directors of location of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) & requires local EMS medical directors to maintain AED registries; directs State Surgeon General, with assistance of DMS, to adopt rules to establish guidelines for appropriate placement & deployment of AEDs in places of public assembly; provides exceptions; clarifies scope of act; requires AEDs in public schools.
