SB 422: Elderly Persons

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Elderly Persons; Prohibits a court from suspending, deferring, or withholding an adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence for a person violating certain specified provisions of law. Amends provisions relating to interference with the activities of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program; the licensing of home health agencies and home equipment providers; the property and personal affairs of residents of assisted living facilities; theft from persons 65 years of age or older; abuse, aggravated abuse and neglect of an elderly person or disabled adult, etc.
