Criminal Justice; Designates act "Jim King Keep Florida Working Act"; provides legislative intent; requires state agencies to prepare reports that identify & evaluate restrictions on licensing & employment for ex-offenders; prohibits state agencies from denying application for license, permit, certificate, or employment based solely on person's lack of civil rights; provides exception.
