Human Trafficking; Specifies documents that must be possessed by each person providing or offering to provide massage services in certain circumstances; requires presentation of such documents upon request of law enforcement officer; requires operators of massage establishments to maintain valid work authorization documents on premises for each employee who is not U.S. citizen; requires presentation of such documents upon request of law enforcement officer, etc.
