Dextromethorphan; Prohibits obtaining or delivering to individual in retail sale any nonprescription compound, mixture, or preparation containing dextromethorphan or related compounds in excess of specified amounts; regulates retail display of products containing dextromethorphan or related compounds; requires training of retail employees; requires person who purchases or otherwise acquires nonprescription compound, mixture, or preparation containing any detectable quantity of dextromethorphan or related compounds to meet specified requirements, etc.
