GENERAL BILL by Rooney ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hager ; Van Zant

Pharmacy; Prohibits ownership, operation, maintenance, opening, establishment, conduct, or having charge of pharmacy at locations within specified radius of certain pain-management clinics; prohibits dispensing practitioners who own, operate, or are employed by certain pain-management clinics from dispensing at certain locations specified controlled substances prescribed for patients at such clinics; provides penalties.
