GENERAL BILL by Budget ; Community Affairs ; Regulated Industries ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs

Condominium/Cooperative/Homeowners' Associations; Authorizes a claim of lien to secure reasonable expenses for collection services rendered by a community association manager or community management firm on behalf of a community association for a delinquent account. Exempts certain residential buildings from a requirement to install a manual fire alarm system. Revises provisions relating to the official records of condominium associations. Authorizes the board of a condominium association to install impact glass or other code-compliant windows under certain circumstances, etc.
