Domestic Violence; Revises provisions relating to certification of domestic violence centers; provides specified additional duties for & authority of Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence; revises duties of DCFS; requires DCFS to contract with Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence for specified purposes; requires Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence rather than DCFS to make specified annual report; revises contents of report, etc.
