Sudden Unexpected Infant Death; Creates "Stillbirth and SUID Education and Awareness Act"; requires State Surgeon General to implement public health awareness & education campaign in order to provide information that is focused on decreasing risk factors for sudden unexpected infant death & sudden unexplained death in childhood; specifies duties of State Surgeon General related to maternal & child health programs; requires State Surgeon General to establish task force.
