GENERAL BILL by Wise
Special Health Care Needs/Adolescents/Young Adults; Establishes a program within the Division of Children's Medical Services Network in the Department of Health to implement a health care transition program for adolescents and young adults who have special health care needs. Specifies duties of the office with respect to the oversight, implementation, and coordination of the program. Requires that at least one proposed health and transition services program be associated with each of the regions of the Children's Medical Services Network, etc.
