GENERAL BILL by Oelrich
Gambling Devices; Creates the "Electronic Machines and Devices for Sweepstakes Prohibited Act." Prohibits operation of an electronic device to conduct a sweepstakes through the use of an entertaining display or to promote such a sweepstakes. Revises conditions for exceptions to provisions relating to drawings by chance conducted by certain organizations. Limits the power of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to adopt rules concerning the operation of game promotions, etc.
