Emergency Medical Services; Provides requirements for applicant for advanced life support nontransportation licensure; permits municipal, independent special district, & community development district fire departments to provide certain life support services; authorizes county governing body to adopt ordinances establishing standards for issuing certificate of public convenience & necessity; provides conditions for issuance of temporary certificate of public convenience & necessity.
