SB 602: OGSR/Biometric Identification Information
PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice
OGSR/Biometric Identification Information; Amends a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for biometric identification information held by an agency. Saves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Removes the scheduled repeal of the exemption.
