GENERAL BILL by Steube ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ford ; Gaetz ; Van Zant
Design Professionals; Limits liability for engineers, surveyors & mappers, architects, interior designers, & registered landscape architects as result of construction defects resulting from performance of contract; provides that, if contract requires professional liability insurance, contract may not limit liability of design professional in manner that is inconsistent with insurance requirements; provides exceptions to limitation of liability for design professionals, etc.
