Background Screening Requirements/School Districts; Requires Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services to conduct background screening & issue valid statewide certificates to certain noninstructional school district employees or contractual personnel; provides requirements for certificate eligibility & display; provides for payment of certain costs associated with certification; requires department to periodically check for disqualification of certificateholder.
