GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Soil and Water Conservation; Repeals provisions relating to powers, duties, and rulemaking authority of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regarding soil and water conservation. Repeals provisions relating to the creation, powers and duties, meetings, procedures, recordkeeping, and compensation of members of the Soil and Water Conservation Council. Repeals provisions relating to establishment of watershed improvement districts within soil and water conservation districts, etc.
