Group Insurance for Public Employees; Requires that school districts procure certain types of insurance through interlocal agreements; provides exception; requires school districts to enter into specified type of interlocal agreement & establish School District Insurance Consortium; provides purposes of consortium; requires that consortium be governed by board of directors consisting of specified number of members; provides requirements for membership on board; specifies terms of office for board members, etc.
