GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax Committee ; Mayfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ahern ; Pilon ; Snyder ; Van Zant

Tax Administration; Extends period of exemption under certain circumstances from filing of returns with respect to tax on estates of decedents or tax on generation-skipping transfers; provides for retroactive application; requires sellers of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products to file information reports of sales of those products to retailers in this state with DOR; provides definitions; requires such reports to be filed electronically & to include specified information; authorizes department to waive certain requirements; provides penalties for noncompliance.
