Criminal Conduct; Defines term "mental injury" with respect to offenses of abuse, aggravated abuse, & neglect of child; requires that person acting as expert witness have certain credentials; provides affirmative defenses to offenses of child abuse, aggravated child abuse, & neglect; redefines term "crime" for purposes of crime victims compensation to include additional forms of injury.
