PROPOSED BILL by Health Regulation
Rulemaking; Provides legislative intent regarding the rulemaking process within the Department of Health and the Agency for Health Care Administration. Requires the Department of Health or the Agency for Health Care Administration to meet certain notice requirements by prominent display of such notices on the home page of its website rather than by publication in the Florida Administrative Weekly, etc.
