SPB 7094: Retirement
PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Retirement; Requires employee and employer contributions to the retirement system by a certain date. Redefines the terms "system," "prior service," "compensation," "average final compensation," "normal retirement date," "termination," "benefit," and "payee." Defines the term "division." Provides that special risk employee contributions be used, if applicable, when purchasing credit for past service, etc.
