Seat Requirements; Repeals provisions that require employers who require employees to stand or walk during their duties to provide seats for such employees when not engaged in their active work; repeals provisions that require employers to permit specified employees to use seats during business hours, for purposes of necessary rest, when such use will not interfere with requirements of employment; deletes penalty.
