SPB 7140: Public Employees Relations Commission
PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Public Employees Relations Commission; Requires that the commission be composed of a chair and two part-time members rather than two full-time members. Provides for the chair of the commission to remain as a full-time appointment. Prohibits the part-time members from engaging in any business, vocation, or employment that conflicts with their duties while in such office.
