State Financial Matters; Revises provisions which authorize SBA to invest specified funds pursuant to enrollment requirements of local government investment authority; authorizes SBA to invest specified funds in Local Government Surplus Funds Trust Fund without trust agreement upon completion of enrollment materials provided by board; provides that investments made by board under trust agreement are subject only to restrictions & limitations contained in trust agreement.
