Reemployment Services; Revises definition of terms "qualified rehabilitation provider" & "reemployment assessment"; revises intent; revises & provides certain carrier reporting requirements; revises rehabilitation provider reporting requirements; revises provisions relating to medical care coordination & reemployment services; revises procedures for approval of certain formal training & education programs; repeals authorization to use Workers Compensation Trust Funds for certain purposes; repeals rehabilitation provider qualifications, etc.
