PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Agency for Persons with Disabilities; Prohibits the agency from expending funds above the amount appropriated in the General Appropriations Act. Requires that the agency monitor monthly program expenditures and provide quarterly reports to the Governor and Legislature.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
