Governmental Reorganization; Transfers the functions and trust funds of the Agency for Workforce Innovation to other agencies. Transfers the Office of Early Learning Services to the Department of Education. Transfers the Office of Unemployment Compensation to Jobs Florida. Transfers the Office of Workforce Services to Jobs Florida. Transfers the functions and trust funds of the Department of Community Affairs to other agencies. Transfers the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to Jobs Florida, etc.
