PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Trust Funds; Creates the Welfare Transition Trust Fund within the Department of Education. Provides for sources of funds and purposes. Provides for the annual carryforward of funds. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
Effective Date: July 1, 2011, if enacted by three-fifths vote of Legislature
