JOINT RESOLUTION by Finance and Tax Committee ; Precourt
State Revenue Limitation; Proposes amendment to s. 1, Art. VII & creation of s. 19, Art. VII & s. 32, Art. XII of State Constitution to replace existing state revenue limitation with new state revenue limitation based on inflation & population changes, to take effect upon approval by electors & apply beginning in 2014-2015 state fiscal year.
