State Group Insurance Program; Enumerates group insurance plans that may be included in state group insurance program; revises duties of DMS relating to group insurance program; provides state contribution toward cost of health insurance plans in state group insurance program for specified plan years; revises authorized benefits; directs department to contract with certain number of HMOs; requires data to be reported to department by HMOs; provides for specified benefit levels for specified plan years; repeals certain duties of department on future date, etc.
