City Pension Fund/City of Tampa/Hillsborough Co.; Authorizes the City of Tampa to enter into a supplemental contract with certain firefighters and police officers to comply with chapter 2009-97, Laws of Florida. Allows retired members to elect to receive a reduced retirement benefit in order to provide a surviving spouse benefit under certain circumstances. Allows DROP participants upon entering DROP and annually thereafter to elect an option for accruing annual interest at a low-risk variable rate selected annually by the board of trustees, etc.
