Stimulating Special Event Tourism and Job Creation; Provides for transfer of certain sales tax revenues from General Revenue Fund to Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties; authorizes county to designate certain time periods to hold special events designed to enhance tourism; authorizes specified distribution from sales tax proceeds when increase in sales tax collections is realized over preceding year by county during same designated time period; provides for specified adjustment of aggregate amount to be transferred from General Revenue Fund to Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties, etc.
