GENERAL BILL by Perman
Elections; Provides circumstances under which voting system audit is not required to be conducted; deletes certain required justifications for supervisor to send absentee ballot to alternative address; increases number of days before election that county canvassing board may begin canvassing absentee ballots & processing absentee ballots when electronic tabulating equipment is used.
