Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies; Revises duties of the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes relating to proposed amendments to a prospectus or offering circular. Revises park owner disclosure requirements for prospective lessees. Clarifies what constitutes the market area or the competitive area for comparable mobile home parks.
