GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Oelrich

Motor Vehicles; Revises penalties for unlawful operation of a soundmaking device in a motor vehicle. Provides that a second or subsequent violation is a moving violation and includes the assessment of points against the driver's license. Provides increased penalties for repeat violations within a certain time period.
