GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Judiciary ; Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rich ; Sobel

Protection of Volunteers; Clarifies that in order to fall under the protection of the Florida Volunteer Protection Act, a person performing a service for a nonprofit organization may not receive compensation from the nonprofit organization for that service, regardless of whether the person is receiving compensation from another source. Provides an exception. Provides for application of the act.
