CS/SB 956: Firearms Transactions

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Hays

Firearms Transactions; Provides that certain laws of this state regulating firearms transactions do not apply to transactions by a resident of this state which take place in another state. Repeals provision relating to the purchase of rifles and shotguns in contiguous states by a Florida resident.
