Optional Sector Plans; Increases minimum size of geographic areas that qualify for use of optional sector plans; revises terminology relating to plans; deletes obsolete provisions; revises content required to be included in conceptual long-term overlay plans & detailed specific area plans; requires identification of water development projects & transportation facilities to serve future development needs; exempts certain developments from requirement to develop detailed specific area plan, etc.
