GENERAL BILL by Detert ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gardiner

Tangible Personal Property Taxes; Revising the conditions for a waiver of the requirements to file a tangible personal property tax return; providing for application, etc.

Effective Date: on the same effective date of the amendment to the State Constitution contained in Senate Joint Resolution 1064, or a similar constitutional amendment, relating to tangible personal property taxes, and shall apply beginning with the 2013 tax roll
