Transportation Accessibility; Cites act as "Florida Transportation Accessibility Independence Act"; requires certain fleet owners to provide accessible taxicabs after certain date; requires certain airports & deepwater ports to provide accessible taxicabs after certain date; provides tax exemption for sale or lease of accessible vehicles; requires transportation services that provide transportation for Medicaid recipients to certify to AHCA that transportation service uses accessible vehicles.
