Education for Athletic Trainers and Massage Therapists; Repealing provisions relating to the requirement for athletic trainers and massage therapists to complete education on the modes of transmission, infection control procedures, clinical management, and prevention of human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome, etc.
