GENERAL BILL by Altman
Minors; Requiring a parent, legal guardian, or caretaker of a minor to make reasonable efforts to notify a law enforcement agency of the disappearance of the minor within a specified period of time after the discovery that the minor has disappeared; providing criminal penalties for failing to make reasonable efforts to notify a law enforcement agency of the disappearance of the minor, etc.
